Vanaf Station Bergen op Zoom neemt u de stadsbus nr 23 richting Noordgeest via Meilust. U stapt uit bij halte Burg. Wittelaan. Als u kijkt in de richting waarin de bus rijdt, ziet u ons pand liggen. Loop in de richting van ons pand en neem de eerste rechts (Pomonalaan) en vervolgens de eerste links (Dahliastraat) Neem opnieuw de eerste links, dan loopt u direct op ons pand af. We zijn gevestigd op de eerste etage.

Monitoring employees who are staying home as a preventive measure

Ease the burden for employers and support employees during the corona crisis

Also during these turbulent times, when the corona virus takes hold of our daily lives, companies must continue to carry out their processes. Managers have their hands full with safeguarding the operational continuity of the company and directing their employees. But what happens when in addition to all this, there are employees who are staying at home for preventive reasons? How do you monitor their wellbeing and perhaps employability during this stressful period?

Bedrijfsartsen5 helps managers by taking over the monitoring of employees who are staying home as a preventive measure. We monitor their wellbeing by means of telephone contact.

Supporting and unburdening
By maintaining telephone contact with the employee who is staying at home, we can assess the situation relatively fast. That way, we can answer any questions that the employee might have and if necessary, put him/her at ease or refer him/her on time to the curative sector, for example, by advising the employee to get in touch with the GP. If the employee has no symptoms for 24 hours, he/she can return to work. This constant monitoring promotes a potentially rapid return to work without risks.
With this monitoring, we support your employee and ease the burden for you as an employer, because your employee is counselled professionally so that he/she can return as fast as possible to the work process.
